Excellent service! Karen and Jim are extremely kind, caring, friendly, and professional. My car had a thorough evaluation and was repaired in a timely manner and ready when promised. It's nice to be able to take my car to a place I trust. I will definitely recommend Honest 1 to everyone I know.

Having always brought my car to the dealer for repairs, I decided I needed to find a local repair shop due to the dealer’s high costs. Honest-1 replaced the a/c condenser for much less than the dealer quoted. The customer service was exceptional. Karen and Jim made me feel welcome, repairs were explained in detail and most importantly, being a woman, I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. Work was done timely and I even got a loaner car. Will definitely bring my car to Honest-1 for all future maintenance and repairs.

everyone there was very polite, upbeat and courteous. service was on time , and time quoted. I will definitely be going back. The reason I went for an oil change, is that I had been there a few weeks earlier for a second opinion for he'd gasket repair on a 2010 Murano. Their price was v very fare and their warranty was excellent. They advised me to call Nissan to get some help on the dealers price to repair. the car was no longer under waranty. Thanks to them , Nissan agreed to pay 70% of the repair. They didn't have to do that. I would have paid them to repair it because their price was $1700 less than the dealer. They are truly HONEST 1

Everytime I have taken my cars to Honest-1. They have been professional, courteous, nice, & HONEST!!! They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. Prices for repairs are the same as other garages and options are given if They treat you as person/family not just a $$ sign. They want to ensure you are safe in your car. I will continue to bring my cars to them. Overall another GREAT experience!!

I've typically done my 5k or 10k changes at the dealership, but have since soured on that experience. I received a mailer from Honest -1 and was able to make an appointment the same day at the Eola Road location. Service was very good and the timing was perfect. I was even able to drop off my car a little earlier than scheduled. I would highly recommend.
