They did a good job on the car took an extra day because they had to order parts. That’s so far so good Car looks good it’s running good and they give you a good year guarantee three years 36,000 miles that’s really good. that inspection charge should go towards fixing of the car not a separate charge. I didn’t like that part and then if you didn’t get the car fixed there you should be charged the inspection charge not you tell me what’s you charge 49.00 dollars that should go toward fixing up the car if I didn’t want to get the car fixed and then I will be billed $49 not add to $49 on top of the bill. Don’t like that part.

I was taken care of by Miles, who listened to my reason for being there and gave me his professional opinion as to what needed to be done and I intend to proceed with his recommendation. I was very happy with my visit to Honest-1 Auto Care.

Honest-1 is an honorable company with great mechanics who truly want to do their best work for their customers! They are very open and honest about what my vehicles need (and which things aren't necessary!) and work with me every time to get things done in a timely manner. I appreciate having the problems explained clearly and pictures sent to me of each part that needs work or replacement. I never feel pressured to pour money into my elderly vehicle, but they help me keep it safe and functional. They are also super helpful with getting me to and from the shop if I don't have a ride. They've earned my business many times over!
