I must compliment Miles. This whole episode from the theft of my car, though its recovery and all that transpired afterwards, he showed nothing but kindness and positivity. He truly saw me through the whole mess, even when it got complicated. I appreciate his time and consideration beyond measure. It is a rare experience for a senior as we are primarily considered low priority. So Thank you a thousandfold, Miles. You rock!

We were in Naperville over the 4th of July when our car started making a weird noise. AAA was too busy to help so, based on an internet search, we called Honest-1. Even though they were incredibly busy as well, they took a look at the car, found and corrected a minor problem in about an hour. The waiting area was clean and orderly, the bathrooms were clearer than at home and the people cheerful and courteous. A car emergency is never a fun experience, but this time at least it was as great as possible.
