Everyone here is wonderful. They are incredibly attentive and helpful. If you have questions about anything they will sit down with you to explain what they are doing and what you might need to complete in the future. I will absolutely come back to them again in the future.

Thank you for taking me step by step through problem and what needed to be done. Everyone was eager to help as if I were part of the family. The waiting area was so clean and so much to nibble on with coffee. When my car was unable to be fixed quickly I was brought home and then picked up later that day all fixed. Wonderful service, thanks so much. I shall return!

I checked out Honest-1 at the recommendation of a colleague. I'm glad I did. They came in with a competitive quote significantly under dealer cost and offered a warranty on parts and labor. They were honest and up front about the estimate and what to expect. One of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop. Services completed: Rack & pinion replacement, new tire rods, front wheel alignment.

My first time in at Honest 1, I was warmly greeted and although I had no appointment, they were able to get me in for an oil change.i was impressed that they could fit me in being a new customer and no appointment on a Holiday weekend! I will be back for more service when my vehicles need any work. Fast, professional and courteous.

Thank you Karen and Honest - 1. I had the pleasure to meet Karen (the owner) as my customer and now as a friend. Her team is very honest and friendly. Called for a quote and there was no hestation on getting me prices. As a woman, auto shops are intimidating because people normally assume we know nothing about car maintenance. In my case, I really don't, so I fear I will get upspold for unnecessary services. Not at all the case here. I recommend Honest-1 to anyone. I feel comfortable and safe that my brakes were fixed and also for a reasonable price. I did my research :)
