I will never recommend anyone to this location (Aurora). Brought vehicle for lube service. 5 minutes after I left the service location, my engine check light and another system light (do not remember the 3 letters) turned on RED. In addition, the spare tire cover in the back of the Toyota - RAV-4 flew off. It damaged the semi hard shell. Technician forgot the zip the tire cover. In summary, came to this service station without any issue or problem (regular lube service) and left with 2 major issues (Check Engine light and the damaged wheel cover). Although I support minority and women owned business, which this facility is; I will NOT recommend this service station to anyone.
Dear Skip, Our sincere apologies for the Check Engine Light issue. It appears a hose became disconnected during the inspection of the air filter which caused the light to go off. Once the hose was reconnected, it is my understanding that the check engine light issue was resolved. I have watched the video of the oil change on your vehicle and have confirmed neither the spare tire nor the cover were touched while your vehicle was in our shop. Your are more than welcome to stop in and watch the video of the oil change to confirm our findings. It is always our goal to provide complete customer satisfaction and to address customer concerns.
