Great service and the waiting room felt so much more welcoming than other auto-care places I've been to. They didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extras or take advantage of the fact that I know zilch about cars. They were very straightforward about what definitely needed to be done (my car is an ancient mess) and what could hold off for now. Absolutely coming back here when my car needs a tune-up. They even had a play area to keep my son occupied and complimentary drinks and snacks, which made the time spent much more enjoyable for the both of us.

Always great service from people that seem to really care. I love the comprehensive reviews that help us budget our car repair expenses. Longer wait times are no doubt due to your growing popularity.

I wanted to like this place, but my 1st experience with them was not a good one and definitely not honest one. I brought my car in for simple oil change with the coupon they sent me for $21.95 after I personally scheduled the appointment after I verified that the price is correct for my car model. On the day of the appointment I was told that the oil change will be $26. I agreed and left my car. When they called me that my car is ready, this price was verified, but when I picked up my car it was $39.70 with explanation that they didn't know how much it will cost. ???? I had to wait there 20 min to pay and coming in phone call was more important than me standing there. Anybody in customer service should know that is just rude! I also got quoted for rear brakes $460 and tires $860 (not out the door price). Well, those 2 things got done at Midas yesterday for $850 out the door price. All I can say about Honest-1 car repair is they have a nice waiting room. Last, but not least i voiced my concerns to the lady at the front desk and she said, she will do some checking and that she will call me back. Nobody ever did. I actually waited a week before writing this review to see if they can rectify their behavior, no such a luck.

Great job as always, they just forgot to reset the mileage for next service due.
