I hit a huge bump in my little car about 6 blocks from the shop, & knew something was immediatley wrong with my car. I saw the sign for H1 & read Honest. I pulled into the lot & there were these huge bays filled with cars. I will tell you I honestly didn't know they were there before, & my car was at a dealership the week before for a few things. I walked into the cleanest, most comfortable lobby/waiting area for any shop I had ever been to. I was immediately greeted and told that a mechanic could look at my car after the free mechanics lunch which he was already taking - now this was fine with me, I was scared as to what happened to my car which is my baby. They pulled my car into a bay & said maybe it's a steering belt that came loose from the sound/things that were happeneing but they would let me know. They showed me the complimentary beverages & snacks, the Internet access & WiFi. I settled into a super comfy chair & watched their TV which was a programmed channel that had great auto care tips, & snippets of CBS TV shows. I actually learned things I never knew. They came & told me what was wrong, showed me the belt that came loose, ordered the part & let me know it would be about 30 - 45 minutes then I would be back on the road. They quoted a price of ABOUT $91. Well as promised I was ready to go in about 30 minutes. The total was $93 & change out the door. I was so happy with going there I asked the man I was talking to (so sorry I forgot his name) about all of their services as we have been trying to find someone HONEST! We were taken advantage of by a local Buick dealership the week before & just felt horrible.. I signed up in like 40 seconds for coupns/deals before I left & when I got into my car to leave, there was a bag of Goldfish Crackers on the passenger seat with Karen Conway the owner's card stapled on the front. LOVE THAT!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO H1 AUTO. They treated me with respect, explained their process, & listened to my jabber as I was scared about what was wrong.
