I was very pleased with how my experience went. Everyone was very courteous and very professional. I would not hesitate using them for all my vehicle maintenance and any repair. I especially liked the web page I was given that showed all the details of the work, including pictures.

2/7/2020 Great place. I have serviced both of my vehicles here and I love them. The owners are very caring. They do quality work at fair prices and don't push gimmicks. It truly is Honest. Any problems they fix and are flexible with scheduling. I work in social services and don't make a lot and I am always thankful that I am getting work done at affordable prices. I recommend them to everyone. I always don't want them to get too much work because they have just been so great and I want to keep them to myself. Very kind and a true investment in customer service.

Brianne, Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction and we are disappointed we were not able to achieve this during your experience. I understand the communication was not to your satisfaction. I am glad we were able to avoid you having to purchase and have installed a new seat motor at a cost of over $1400. As we advised, the motor is electrical and the fault which was causing the blown fuse cleared. However, how long term this condition is or will be is an unknown. If/when the fault reappears, a new seat motor may become a possible requirement in order to fully address the issue long term.

I always enjoy dealing with Honest 1 Auto Care. I feel like with the photos and videos you receive you can actually see the problem they are describing. Also Devin was nice enough to recommend other places that might be able to get work completed at a cheaper place. Example being instead of replacing the entire exhaust just take it to an exhaust place and have them weld it back on. That shows they do not want to rip people off. There was a miscommunication last time I was there because I had to ask about a charge on my bill and did not sign a form to have them inspect my car. When I went to pick up the car the manager did apologize about this. I also enjoyed the fact they open early and I can drop my car off before work. I trust them and will be using them in the future.
