I visited Honest1 for the first time last weekend for an oil change and am impressed with their quality of service, they go by their name. They are the best among other Dealers or service centers I have visited in Naperville area. They never recommend any service unless it is required. No up-selling. The Service center manager is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions and is eager to help customers.

In and out with a complete oil change in about 20 min. Tech gave suggested preventive maintenance issues and was very clear about the scope the job. Local, so I'll be back for other services and would recommend as well. Cheers in advance, James

You know I really did not like the name of this place when I saw it, and I'm sure other's look at it and say, "they are not honest so that is why it says it in their name." BUT you would be mistaken. This business is run by a kick-ass woman who was an engineer in a previous corporate life. She cares so much about her customers, their cars, but more importantly her staff, and her prices are very reasonable. Go get to know Karen and her staff, and you won't go any place else, I know I won't. Good Job Karen.

I got a free coupon in the mail for an oil change so I decided to take my car there. I was more than satisfied! The service was so fast, easy and straight to the point. The front desk was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be telling people more about this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

I came in for an alignment on my van and they were accommodating with my time constraints and were able to finish it with plenty of time to spare. I liked the fact that they gave me a picture printout of my alignment before and after so I could see exactly what was done. Everyone was pleasant there. +++Positive experience!!
