If I could give a zero rating I would. The owner, Karen, is anything but honest. She kept my car for three days and then stated that they were unable to repair it and will tow it to her lot for pick up. There’s so much in between this final straw so stay tuned!
Charisse, We are disappointed that we were not able to meet your expectations. Our goal at Honest-1 is to always provide honest and professional services and to exceed customer expectations. Unfortunately, your vehicle broke down and left you stranded and it was our pleasure to be able to help you during this difficult time. As one would expect, when your vehicle broke down, you were not able to make an appointment and our shop was rather full. As such, we were not able to review your vehicle immediately. In an attempt to get you moving again, our master technician kindly offered to come in on his one day off, Sunday. Unfortunately, you needed your vehicle back on Sunday which we knew, due to the extent of the repairs needed, could not be achieved. As such, we both agreed to have you take the vehicle. We do hope you were able to complete the repairs to your time schedule.
