Took my car there because the power steering wasn't working. They said I needed a new power steering rack and pump. So I greenlit the work. A couple of weeks later, the power steering started whining and eventually stopped working. Took it back and they said it was an issue with the pump. They said they fixed it and the noise would stop. It didn't. A couple of months later, my power steering goes out again. I take it to a different shop and they said I need a power steering rack. I told the mechanic that I just had it fixed a few months ago and his response was "Really? I can't tell." I left the same review on Google, and they called me at work, but I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. They didn't leave a voice mail. Anyway what would they have to say?

Took it to the shop because the power steering went out. Paid $1000+ for a power steering rack. Couple of months later the power steering is beginning to fail again. I posted a review stating my disappointment and they contacted me less than an hour later to bring the car in. After a couple of days I called to check if they looked at my car.. They told me that one of the new parts had failed and they would warranty the repair and that the car was fixed and ready to get picked up. UPDATE: My power steering continued to have issues. I took it to another shop and I need a power steering rack. They didn't fix it. .Between this and a issue with service on my wife's car, I'm done as a customer.

Me and my wife just moved here from Pittsburgh Pa.and our 18’ VW needed brake work done ....I found H1 Auto from reading their reviews and dealt with Charlie..They did an excellent job ...We originally thought we were going to need brake calipers and after they got into the job they said we didn’t need them ...Charlie saved us an additional 550$ that another shop probably would of charged us..I would highly recommend Charlie and mechanics at H-1Auto ...Thanks for the courtesy rides ,superb work quality and customer service...Thanks again

Our whole family has been taking our cars here for service for some years now and have been really happy with the service up until this year. Not sure if it’s new personnel or if they have been really backed up lately, but we’ve noticed a lot of mistakes with multiple cars that we’ve had to take back to be corrected. Also, when calling we’ve been hung up on a few times now and when we do get someone on the line the call feels very RUSHED. Can’t book appointments same day most times and service that should have taken a day has taken 3 days. My dad didn’t get his car back until 10 days later and still needed to take it back because someone didn’t put one of the brakes back on properly. I understand you may be backed up or understaffed, but it’s enough for us to give you a second thought when needing auto service. We nt to continue coming here because of our previous experiences. We just hope this place isn’t going backwards and losing their reputation.
