I cannot believe how amazing this auto repair shop is From the moment you enter till the moment you leave and ever after they fix your car they check up on you to see how the car is doing. Love the service and how profesional they are. Thank you Honest Care for the great service I highly recommend this place and I will be taking my car for the next service. you guys really are honest on prices and everything.

They also did an overall inspection and test drive. Started going here after I received a mailing because we moved into the area. They had previously helped me (at no charge) with a message that had not been properly cleared by another shop that changed the oil and on a second occasion helped clear a "Low Tire" warning by checking air pressure of all four tires. Their willingness and friendliness (especially Charlie) were most appreciated and the reason that I cam back for service for which I could pay them. Got me in and out in the time and CHARGES explained prior to me coming in for service.

Wife called Honest1 to see about getting the battery replaced on her car as her car was not starting except when jumped. She asked if her car could be looked at quickly as she was needing to pick our kids up from school less than an hour later. Honest1 was able to get her in to be seen, request a battery from their parts supplier, and install the battery in time for her to pick up the kids. Her experience at Honest1 was amazing and she highly recommends them for service needs! Thank you Honest1!

The whole experience was amazing! The punctuality was on point, the customer interactions were professional, the service was quick and the knowledge and care after was very helpful. I will be returning for future car care. Especially since they have a rewards program, awesome!

Spoke with the owner over the phone. Stated I needed some work done on my transmission. I was under the impression that I was going to get the transmission fixed but unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. They just gave me a general inspection of my vehicle and referred me to another shop. The staff was very friendly I'm just unsatisfied with the service that was done on my vehicle.

Everyone at this place was so nice and patient and so understanding to my truck problem. They were very thorough in giving me the details of the diagnosis results. They also went above and beyond giving me a ride back home while they worked on my car and picking me up. This was my first time with them and I will be going back for any and all of my truck problems!!!

Was an amazing experience for my first time coming here! Would recommend to all of my friends and family. They have a very good way of making you comfortable and that they hear you with questions regarding your vehicle!
