Although the owner and the mechanic were friendly. I feel that I was tricked into getting a service that I did not ask for. I asked for an over the phone estimate and was asked to go in person. I was not told ahead of time that I had to pay for an estime and I was not told that a diagnostic test was needed for a free estimate. I would however like commend the cleanliness of both reception and work area. I also like to say that the thank you card adds a great personal touch. My only complaint again is not getting all the pricing information up front.

They have a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable waiting space if you need it and give a patient, thorough explanation of work to be done. The manager even had a technician fix a problem with my windshield wiper for no charge.
