8 miles out of shop, check engine light back on, and car running EXACTLY same as before $ 700. donation

Michael, Please call the store at 630-499-8722 and ask for Karen so we can make sure this is properly corrected. It is quite possible that another issue may have caused the check engine light to come on. All repairs completed at Honest-1 Auto Care are covered by a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty so if the original repair does have an issue, you are covered by the warranty. Please stop back in so we can resolve and make sure your vehicle is operating safely and reliably. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.

The people you have working for you are great. They explained everting they do. And the prices are great. Won't be going back to Honda the Cars have good prices but for repairs the prices are two to three times higher then yours and they don't explain what they are doing.

This is my first visit to Honest-1. My repairs were a bit challenging but Karen worked with me to assure I fixed my immediate needs and informed me of what will be needed down the road. Very good first impression.
