They tell you exactly what to expect and after their service they tell you what your car needs. Work is guaranteed. Workers are courteous and the environment inside, outside and in the bays, is clean and visually appealing.
An amazing experience. Karen and her staff are on their A game with all they do. They have a thorough understanding of their customers and what customer service is ALL about. I encouraged Karen to open additional shops and to go on the lecture circuit. Keep up the great work.

Overall pleased with the service, however I was not happy to have additional charge on my bill after I was quoted a total for the service. Be sure to ask if the "total" is the actual total.
